Change your email address

By default, anyone can change their email address at any time.

Organization adminstrators can restrict users to certain email domains, or prevent users from changing their email.

  1. From your desktop, click on the gear () in the upper right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. On the left, click Your account.

  4. Under User settings, click on the button with your email address.

  5. Enter your new email, and click Change.

  6. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Open it and click Confirm email change.

    Note: If you are unable to click on the button with your email address, check that your organization allows email changes. Follow the steps at prevent users from changing their names to view your organization's settings.
